3. Reservation, event and contact enquiries
When you submit a form, we process the contact details you provide together with the information about your request in order to handle it. Delivery is by e-mail to our mailbox. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We retain the details for as long as necessary to process the request and to meet statutory retention obligations.
4. Direct contact
When you contact us by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, we process your information to handle your request. For WhatsApp, the provider's privacy terms apply in addition.
5. Confirmation e-mails
After submitting a form you receive an automatic confirmation to the e-mail address provided. It serves solely to confirm receipt and is not marketing.
6. External links and social networks
The website contains links to Google Maps, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp. Data is transmitted to the respective provider only once you actively click one of those links. No content from these services is loaded automatically.
7. No analytics or advertising trackers
This website contains no analytics, remarketing or advertising trackers and sets no cookies for those purposes. Your language follows from the address you visit and is not stored for analytics.
